We loved the serene and peaceful surroundings of the hotel. It was situated away from the loud and bustling main areas of the city, which made for a relaxing stay. Our spacious and modern room was cleaned every day, with good breakfast and lunch service. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our trip that much more enjoyable.
The lack of clothes washing amenities was a disappointment.

We had a delightful experience during our stay. The hotel staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming. We felt at home right away. The hotel location is in a nice and quiet area away from the noisy main areas of this city. We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms with a lot of natural light. Also, the breakfast was yummy.
Nothing that we didn't like.

I had a wonderful time at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area away from the overcrowded areas of Bali. The hotel provided excellent services, including room service, housekeeping, and airport shuttle. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a sitting area. I also enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing spa and wellness center. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay truly enjoyable.
